"I received flower delivery, and the flowers died in 2 days. The pictures show what the roses looked like on day 3, before I threw them out. When I called on day 2, their worker Rosa said that she would send new flowers but she later called back saying that she won’t be sending new flowers. I’m extremely disappointed at the quality of their flowers and the lack of customer care. Please don’t buy from here."

"online it was open for delivery for the 14th of Feb. called that day and since delivery was going to be late and it was a job that it was going to be delivered to i asked them to send it the next day the girl i spoke with said that was better since they had a lot of deliveries that day next day passed and no flowers.... never were delivered. no call or email to cancel or let me know delivery was delayed.. horrible place."

"If I could give no stars I would. I am currently in eastern Washington state. My fiancé is in Ontario. We havnt seen each other in over a month. On Valentine’s day I order her flowers with a guaranteed delivery. I figured hey. If yer gonna be alone. You might as well get a surprise. So There I am waiting all day for that phonecall of pure happiness. And instead I get an email at 4 pm saying they were to busy and they wouldn’t be delivered. So now it’s 4 o’clock in the evening. On Valentine’s Day. And I’m 1500 miles away. It goes without saying that my fiancé didn’t get anything on Valentine’s Day accept a promise that I did order flowers but they didn’t make it. And I got an email telling me to call them in the future for any floral needs. Also... that email cost me over a bill. Still no refund."

The gentleman who worked with me was courteous and helpful. He sent a text photo of the finished product to me and it was beautiful. Highly recommended.
