"Ordered $150 worth of flowers in person. Put down a $20 deposit. Scheduled a pick up time the same day, just a few hours later. The guy looked me in the eyes and told me he will be there with my order. When I went, on time, the store was closed. No heads up, no note on the door, no one answered the phone when I called. No flowers. Went back a week later to get my deposit. Just another shop will poor customer service."
"I requested a delivery to my mom's work for a belated Mother's Day bouquet. I found out she decided to work from home and had them redirect the flowers. The delivery driver missed the note and delivered them to the office instead - when I called back in, they were wonderful and helpful and re-delivered a new bouquet to my Mom's house that night and the flowers were beautiful! Highly recommend this shop for being flexible, correcting a mis-delivery (that I made confusing in the first place), and then providing beautiful flowers!"
"Due to COVID, the store is closed but the owner is operating out of his home. Luckily he delivers but I wanted them within the hour and called to place an order for pick up. A little unorthodox driving to his house but he was very friendly and I was glad I could go pick up some roses within minutes. I got the feeling he prefers to deliver due to COVID and just maintaining privacy in general so I'll do that next time. You can order online. Roses were perfect, and he provided instructions and a base for safely transporting. Price was more than reasonable. A bargain."
