"Placed an order for valentines day sadly the driver mistakenly gave my significant other something completely different. I contacted the store, and they assured me a refund for what had happened. A few days later, the store manager or owner had personally contacted me, arranged another arrangement for her, and gave me a refund. We all make mistakes, just glad that the customer service was there to help out. We will continue to arrange with them for future projects."
