I placed an order online at 10am for same-day delivery before 3pm, and they were able to accommodate this request. I originally ordered red roses, but they were out of stock. The florist called me directly, offering pink roses which were absolutely beautiful. They even included 3 extra roses as a gesture of kindness for the lack of supply. In my experiences, service of this quality is hard to come by these days, but Little Peony Florist went above & beyond with excellent communication and impeccable execution. "I called Little Peony Florist for a last minute request and not only were they able to get the flowers out the same day, they kept me up to date all the way until the flowers were delivered. As part of their service, they sent me a picture of the arrangement too and that's AMAZING because not all florists will do that and some times we're afraid to even ask for a picture, dreading what the arrangement will actually look like. This arrangement was beautiful and the price was good too! It's also disappointing to work with all these 3rd party companies online and was refreshing to actually talk to the florist that was making the arrangement.
