"I decided to try out a local florist. WOMP. WOMP. Total fail on my end. I thought they could follow through with a valentine’s delivery to my disappointment they couldn’t. You have one job on valentines day..deliver it on time. Do better. Customer Service: 0/5 I requested delivery before 5pm for an office delivery. However, by the early afternoon, I began calling to inquire about an estimated delivery time. Disappointingly, I was informed that if the delivery didn't occur by 7pm, it could be rescheduled for the following day.It appears their team doesn’t communicate with one another. They seem disorganized and appear to have no schedule. Delivery Service: 0/5 Failed to adhere to scheduled delivery time, despite ordering two weeks in advance. Delivery seemed more of a suggestion than a commitment. Refund: 5/5 Promptly issued a full refund after failing to deliver. Disappointed with the experience and will never use their services again. If you need something delivered on time I recommend you find a different service."

"I had the most lovely experience with this business, one that will make me a lifelong customer. Small acts of kindness and grace go a long way in my book. Simply put, I was running late and desperate for flowers to give to my friend for his performance for a play just up the road and the woman running the shop on the evening of 9/9/23 opened up her doors for me after they were already closed. We made eye contact thru the window and before I could say anything she motioned for me to come in. Not only that, but she went out of her way to make me the most beautiful rose bouquet and did so with such kindness and care, greenery and wrapping. Can't beat the arrangement she made anywhere ~ especially for the price. Also enjoyed the sweet little shop cat they had. Thank you!!"

"I bought a last minute floral arrangement last night from the grocery store and ended up not needing the flowers until today, I didn’t care for the flowers that were used but couldn’t return them. I came to Melinda’s shop and she helped me put together this new arrangement while using the same vase I brought in! This fit the southern look I was going for, and she was super helpful and didn’t rush me even though I came as they were locking up the shop! I really appreciate the time and helpfulness, definitely returning!"
