"I had received flowers from them for an anniversary and had a good experience with them, so I decided to go with them again for Valentine's day, which was a mistake. Let me start off by saying that I purchased the flowers for delivery on valentines day a WEEK in advance and didn't wait until the last minute to purchase them. Valentine's day comes and I talk with my girlfriend on the phone at 8PM and ask if she's received anything from me and find out that nothing arrived. Confused, I called Ary's to ask if they were going to deliver my flowers I paid extra for to be delivered on Valentine's day, only for them to tell me "oh sorry we don't have any flowers can we just bring them tomorrow." I told them I was disappointed because I ordered early in advance and paid a fee for them to be delivered on Valentine's day (and they didn't even have the decency to inform me they wouldn't be able to deliver, I had to call at the end of the day to find that out.) The person I was talking to on the phone said "okay give us thirty minutes and we will deliver them to her." I said great and told my girlfriend. To our disappointment again, they never showed up. This was only the beginning of the frustration with the flowers. I called them multiple times the next day saying I never got the flowers, only to be told that they are out for delivery and will be delivered within twenty minutes and not one apology for not delivering the flowers on Valentine's day. THEN, the number displayed on the purchase confirmation email texted me to let me know that the flowers arrived and that she loved them. Again, no flowers had arrived at the point and it only made me feel like I was being cheated out of money. It wasn't until 6PM on the 15th, after 5+ additional calls after falsely telling me the flowers were delivered, that the flowers were actually delivered for my girlfriend. The only bright spot was that the flowers they did deliver were in fact, beautiful. All and all, I just want honest and correct communication so I don't feel like I'm being cheated out of my money and so I can communicate with my girlfriend regarding her Valentine's flowers."

"Great local family run flower shop! The ladies working the counter were so nice and helpful. I pointed out a slightly wilted flower in the bouquet I picked out and they happily replaced that flower with THREE new ones at no extra charge. Support local businesses and come here next time you want to buy some flowers for your significant other."
