I had the sad occasion today to need to send a sympathy gift - being on the East coast, I found JC florist online and called to ask some questions (thought I had to order online). They are super helpful, kind and prompt, and took my order right there on the phone and offered some suggestions that wouldn't have been available if I had ordered online. They also literally delivered the flowers in under 2 hours of my order! My friend who just got home today from the funeral arrangements - really welcomed and appreciated the flowers. So I'm very grateful to have JC's help with this gesture."
