"I had a double room, right by the pool. The room was very tight and beds were very uncomfortable. Mattress was old and covers were horrible. I woke up in the middle of the night and there was a ROACH crawling on the wall in the bathroom. Reported it and asked to move to another room but was denied. Will never stay there again!"

"Room was decent, mostly clean except for the hair left around the sink. Towels are kind of thin but did the job. Big gap at the bottom of my door which is a passage for bugs, extra light at night and increased audible noise. Permanent residents were clean and quiet but a fight between a guest and someone else created an uneasy disturbance until police arrived. Free breakfast was about what you expect with not much to offer for protein. Staff pleasant and friendly. Too cold to use the pool."

"On January 31, 2024 me and my daughter stayed at the super eight cause we have no where to stay and when we woke up this morning there was roaches on the floor and underneath the bed. I called the front desk and let them know, and they acted so nonchalant like they’ve gotten these phone calls before from other customers, telling them that they have roaches at this place. The hotel Manager said that they can’t do no compensation all they can do is apologize. they don’t even care that they had me and my daughter sleeping in the room with roaches until I found out this morning. The guy at the front desk made it seem like me and my daughter brought the roaches with us but we didn’t. He was very disrespectful and inconsiderate. I advise anybody do not stay there."

"Their room pretty spacious, particularly the bathroom. The bed and pillow were really firm and the room are dark, but it's okay. The internet wasnt very good, always failed in my room. You have to visit desk center to get a good spot. We got simple breakfast, oats and option drinks."

"Worst room ever. The heater made a loud noise. Every time it turned on throughout the whole night. The staff charged us 20 bucks a night extra because we wanted a non-smoking room and they said we had rented a smoking room which we did not. It says it comes with a breakfast at it only has oatmeal. I would never stay here again. Wasn’t worth the money we paid"
