Reviews
"Dirty and unorganized office. Wasn't interested in my medical issues & more interested in his own. Rude within minutes of entering his office. I don't understand how he stays in business. Will never go back."
"I called Dr. Charles for an appointment when my current psychiatrist went on maternity earlier than expected. I was being seen for ADHD and depression. When I made the appointment, he didn't ask me what I was being seen for so I assumed he treated all disorders. Turns out he doesn't treat ADHD. I arranged to get off of work early so I could be on time to the appointment as I work in Irvine and traffic is anyone's guess. So I wasted a couple of hours of PTO taking off to see him when he couldn't even help me with my ADHD. When I arrived at his office and looked around, I wasn't sure that I even wanted to be treated by him based on what I saw. This is hands down the messiest, most cluttered, unorganized, and disheveled office I've ever seen! There are papers strewn everywhere in this office. Papers were all over the secretaries/workers desks you couldn't even see the desk itself. Books, boxes and files are all over the floor and the office that the doctor uses is not much better. If they are this unorganized, it scares me to think they are responsible for med prescriptions. In addition, they make you pay cash for your first appointment which I did. You would think that when he said he didn't treat ADHD he would have had one of the secretaries return my money but nope he kept it! Lastly, in speaking with this doctor he is so arrogant and condescending I could barely stand it. He loves and I mean loves to listen to himself talk! Stay away from this so called "Professional.""
