"Flowers were delivered hidden from sight during a heatwave. Unfortunately, they were so wilted that the entire arrangement was not in good shape. I called to explain to the florist what had happened— not to receive any replacement, just to advise them on better service. I also shared that I had a death in the family of a close family member which is why I didn’t call sooner. Simply called so they can improve their service. I did not receive caring customer support here. Suggest that the delivery staff take better care where flowers are left when in heat. You can make a difference through care."

"Hands down, the best florists to work with. I worked with Walnut Creek Florist for my wedding and cannot explain HOW MANY compliments I got on my flower arrangements! They did a phenomenal job, went above and beyond to deliver the most exceptional arrangements. She listened to my vision and brought it to life with her expertise. They came early, stayed late, prepared, arranged, cleaned up, they did EVERYTHING. I cannot say enough good things about working with them. I recommend them to everyone I know. My friends and family took a lot of photos at our wedding, and believe me when I say, these flower arrangements made it into a majority of their photo albums. 10/10 recommend."

"Don’t expect what you see on the website. Went to the store and told them about the big difference of my delivery and the online picture. They found all kinds of excuses: flowers weren’t bloomed up yet (not true), seems smaller because of a bigger vase the bouquet came with. They say on their website when dissatisfied they’ll refund or get you a new bouquet but they make you feel like you’re being totally rude. The bouquet I got was 85$. To be honest: I could have gotten a bouquet like that from Safeway for 30$."

"This place does not deserve my business or yours! A few weeks ago a friend had sent us flowers for the death of our dog, the arrangement was beautiful and fresh. I made a note that the flowers were from Walnut Creek Florist and I decided this would be a good place to order from. Today I was walking by and decided to stop in and pay them a compliment on their work. The shop was rather disorganized but seeing two employees at the back I approached the counter and waited, after a few minutes I announced myself and was told to wait by the table. I guess I had missed the table near the door with instructions to wait there. A woman who I assume was the owner came up and started reading me the riot act that I did not see her sign and can't I read. Wow, I could not believe a merchant treating a customer in a such a manner, especially someone fully vaccinated wearing a face mask. I stated I had just stopped by to pay them a compliment but was rethinking my decision which set her off even more with a rant about how hard she works to run a business. If you want to support rude, obnoxious people this is your place, not for me nor my circle of friends."
