"The sales associate who assisted me over the phone was wonderful and so helpful. The items I ordered, however, arrived so drastically different from the images on the website that I thought they sent the wrong item (pictured below). One item never arrived at all after waiting 7 weeks. Additionally, the natural dye came off of the fabric with Dr. Bronner’s sal suds. Nothing was worse, though, than the customer service. The communications were so rude that I wondered if they were poorly generated by AI but they weren’t. I held out for so long and had high hopes for rudy jude but this whole experience was astounding: one thing after another; I was in disbelief. Ah, one more thing! the items I purchased went on sale by 30% the next day and they refused to adjust the price even though I had not yet received the items. This was such a costly mistake, too terrible not to share. Oof."

"Lovely clothes, but call before you head over. Their hours state that they’re open every day 11-6pm. I went out of my way to visit twice at 1pm and 4pm, and both times the door was locked and the store was dark despite being assured by customer service on IG that the store was open that day. The person who communicated with me via IG took a day to reply and did not give an explanation as to why they assured me they were open when they weren’t. They encouraged me to text the store. Despite texting and leaving a voicemail with my phone number to confirm their hours, I never received a text or a call back. I couldn’t go back the next day because I was visiting from out of state. For an expensive brand that doesn’t allow customers any other easy opportunity to try out their clothes, this was a pretty disappointing experience."
