"I wonder why they covered all the glass and windows inside and when I go there I usually hear dogs crying. I personally like to see my pet and how they work with him, I don’t like it when I don’t see what’s happening behind those covered glasses. If they cover the glasses at least they can have some cameras and monitors showing inside so the owner feel comfortable. These days we hear a lot of animal abuse in groomings in other places and countries and it scares me a lot. Please put yourself in pet owners place and if possible have a camera and monitor services from grooming area so we can see our pet and feel comfortable. Thx"

"Romeo has been going here since he was a baby! He gets easily nervous/anxious but loves them, and they always take care of him and make him look handsome! He’s stayed at the daycare before, too, and they’re great with updates and photos."

"This place has gone downhill since I first started coming here years ago. Today I missed an appointment for the first time ever and I was told I have to pay a deposit to book any future appointments! It's not about the deposit I don't care about that but the lack of compassion for repeat customers is unacceptable! I would understand if I missed multiple appointments however this was the first appointment I ever missed. I will never bring my pets back to this place. I can not believe the level of service I received today and not to mention the fact that the grooming services have also suffered in the past year. There have been multiple times where I pick up my pets and they are not fully groomed."
