"I wish I read the reviews before I made an appointment and follow up appointment. My original appointment was for a persistent cough I had and an annual physical. After waiting 15-20 minutes past my appointment time, I was seen for about 10-15 minutes then he was off to another client. I was prescribed pills and flonase for allergies but I went for a cough. I took the medicine as prescribed and the cough went away. I was out of town and the cough came back. I called to see if something could be prescribed as the cough is back and worse than before. I was told I had to schedule another appointment. I scheduled a telehealth appointment as it was the quickest way to see the doctor and hopefully get something to get rid of the disruptive cough. The appointment was scheduled for the next morning at 830. I received a text at 7:01am that contained a link to complete registration for my 830 appointment. I completed the registration and updated any information if applicable. I then received a text that my upcoming visit with Dr. Cudahy was coming up at 830 with the zoom link. I click on the link at 831am and waited in the zoom for 15 minutes before I logged out and called the office. I was advised by the receptionist that someone called to screen me before I met with Dr. Cudahy? She then transferred me to someone that answered the phone with "hello". No professionalism at all. I advised the person that I don't show receiving a call. She proceeded to tell me she called at 8:24am and my appointment was at 830am. She asked if I wanted to proceed with the appointment. I told her "No" as its now 850 and I have work meetings. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. I responded "NO, I'll find a doctor who respects their patients time" and disconnected the call."

"Excellent experience with Dr. Cudahy. He takes the time to listen to concerns and I noticed that unlike previous GPs he took the time to really go over my blood work results and even caught things that previous doctors overlooked. He is patient, kind and competent. I trust him with my health and highly recommend. All the other people who work at his office are also delightful."

"I've never seen a doctor that was so unempathetic. Ryan just doesn't care at all. He has no social skills. And my visit wasn't helpful at all. The only thing he did was asking me a few questions (and that's ~$400 billed to my insurance - no need for a medical degree to ask a few questions to a patient, I could do the same). Right after my visit, I had already decided I would never go back to his office. And, the cherry on top, I wasn't surprised when I received some unjustified bills at home for work he has not provided."
