"Taken my dogs here a few times. No problems until 1 of my dogs came home with both eyes bloodshot red. Requested for richard to see eyes but got no availability from him. So my husband took our dog to there and showed them the proof of the eyes being blood red. The lady there which is richards sister said with an attitude "what do you think? We are a veterinarian hospital. So we can't tell anything". Husband said to her you should know why because you bathed my dog just hours ago. That lady said well i dont kbow what to tell you and walked to the back room of the groomer leaving my husband there standing. Guess he had drs appts everyday for a week. What i was told everyday. Didnt wait so i took my dog to the vet. Vet told us our dog had a really bad infections in both eyes. Now 1 of our babys eyes is clouded and blind. Vet told us this groomer does not sanitize his grooming tools. Nor uses clean grooming equipment after other uses on other pets. This vet has had other dogs with similar infection from this groomer. Sad i could not get any reply/call or sincerity from Richard as i knew him since i was a child. I babysitted his horses as a teenager. Forgot to mention before this incident i recently lost 1 of my dogs from age. This dog would panic everytime we would bath and worse with a brushing. To me he was probably torture during the grooming service. For 14 yrs my dog would love grooming. So sorry babies, I should of paid more attention to the signs. Now i have a baby with 1 eye blind. Please pay attention where you take your babies to get groomed. Read every review. I trusted this place as i knew them growing up. I thought wrong. The. lady that works there has a really bad attitude that hangs up on you. She would always say i know who you are when i would leave a message for Richard. For this problem with the eye infection she would never let me finish talking on the phone bwfore hanging up on me. Also years before to just to get a hold of Richard to see if he is available to groom my babies. Inwould never had done this kind of review since ive know Richard all my life. But my little sweetheart is blind now."

"We board our dog here and get him groomed several times a year. They take great care of him and I feel comfortable leaving him in their care. Ramona and Richard are the best!"
