"Informed them one of our dogs was sick, she has since been confirmed to have the new hard to treat respiratory virus that's going around. Said it was 100% fine to bring in our other dog, knowing the dog he lives with/sleeps with/shares water with is sick. Told my relatives to keep him home but they said they didn't care and the employees said it was ok."

"Ruff House is the absolute best for daycare and boarding in the Inland Empire area. Our 1 year old pup was extremely anxious and skiddish before he started attending Ruff House regularly. The staff there were fantastic and so patient with him. He recently completed their two week board and train program and the trainer, Sarah, is the best. From Michele’s super friendly attitude at the front desk as soon as you enter to all the pack leaders, their customer service is world class. We’ve never been comfortable boarding our dog before but Ruff House has made it an easy decision for us to continue using all of their exceptional services. Thank you all again so so much for taking such good care of Louie!! He loves Ruff House!!"
