"I bought two items that support to be on sales. When I check out, they charge me the original price. Then I have to go the customer service and she say they only can refund one item only. I told her to do a price check. She say their inventory are all mess up and the price tag are wrong. The manager can only honor one Item only. This is why I hate Target."

"placed an order online for an item that website said had 9 of, just to make sure it wasn't taken. It said it would take about 2 hours which I found puzzling to begin with. I arrived about 1 45 minutes later and was told my item wasn't ready. I asked how an item that was already in their store according to the website could not be ready. They said there was a queue (to which they had no access) and items were only going to ready when the queue said so. I asked them how long and they said they couldn't give me an exact time. I said forget it I will just get one off the shelf. Went back to where they are kept and there were none on the shelf. Went back to pick up desk and asked for manager. Got this story about how it would be "unfair" for them to just go get the item for me when there were others in the queue. Mind you this was 7 PM on a tuesday night. I was the only one at the pick up desk. But according to the manager, rules are rules. Finally I got the email and another employee told me there was a bin in the back with my item and they would go get it for me. Most likely it had been there for a while and the picker just hadn't got to their computer to update. Manager could have double checked or asked someone to look into it but clearly had no interest in taking care of a customer standing right in front of them. THE LESSON IS CLEAR. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE FOR PICK UP UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME ON YOUR HANDS."

"Employees use the target carts we all use for trash. And all the carts are filthy, they don't look like they get cleaned because every cart I'd get was full of trash and spilled drinks and food. And then we saw the employee wipe their nose on their arms. I used to work for Target during Covid and I know things should be better and employees should be practicing good hygiene."

"I do not like how items are cheaper on the Target App and then when you try to mention this to manager at check out they always seem to give a big long spiel how you have to ring everything up on the target app then do this that and the other to get the cheaper price. They just seem to give the run around to try and confuse you rather than just pricing the items off of the app prices! It is extremely confusing!!"
