"I've been taking my Doberman here since she was about 4 months old. She started with the puppy raising program and has continued to go there weekly for doggie daycare. We additionally took to obedience level 1 course together which was great. The whole team is amazing, they get to know every dog that comes in, always give reports on how their doing, and appear to genuinely care about all the pets. My dog always seems super happy when we get there and comes home happy and tired which is comforting to see. Would highly recommend!"
"This review is long overdue as my dog is now 7 and we first started training and daycare at 4months. Their positive training method and staff were great at giving me the skills to teach him so many tricks beyond the basics. Mickey stayed for the full holiday break with cute report card pics to view everyday. Always amazing and attentive staff and now with entertaining photography. Their webcams never fail to entertain. My chemo, scanxiety and surgery days were easier with a view to puppies playing so I consider them part of my breast cancer treatment/survivor success story. I made contact changes/instructions/perks easily to his stay via email while traveling. I felt very secure in their common sense response to care during the human pandemic and then now with the dog virus. They were able to add on extra days since we caught Covid in the house and that was a huge help."
"Today was my puppy's first day of training and it was a great experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted and provided clear instruction about where we needed to go. The class trainer, Jordyn, was very personable and provided a lot of excellent instruction as well as advice on issues that I'm currently having challenges with. I love that Wags offers so many training class opportunities to meet all of our needs. Additionally, my 2 previous dogs thoroughly enjoyed daycare here (Goliath's report card was ALWAYS full) and I'm positive that Scout will love it here just as much. I love how clean and orderly the environment is here. My last Lab, Goliath, had a compromised immune system and epilepsy. He came to daycare regularly and we never had any issues. Additionally, the staff demonstrated that they knew exactly what to do if he had a seizure. I would not hesitate to continue to bring all of my dogs here."
"Our dog has been going here occasionally for almost a year. They’re the only daycare in the area that we wholeheartedly trust. Why is that? I’ll explain: - The staff seems like they’re happy to be there and not in a cringey, forced-corporate way. - Our boy earned an adorable nickname there which we’ve come to refer to as his daycare alias and all of the staff seem to remember him by that name - We always try to schedule at least 72 hours ahead and we’ve always been able to schedule a bath and nail trimming for him which saves us a lot of time Overall, we know that our dog is a lot to handle, but they have proven that they know how to work with him"
