"Love this place. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and I feel they truly care about their canine guests and take very good care of them. I'm very comfortable leaving my two dogs in their care."
"You won’t find a better place to board your dog. They are very hands on & provide the best info in the report cards. The girls at the front are also fabulous! They really care about your dogs so after trying all the Westside boarding/doggie daycare spots, I can say that this is the best one with the best employees & best facilities. My dog Georgie is a bit needy but as shown below, they do really treat your dogs like their own. She is holding Georgie, which warmed my heart to see."
"Our pup loves it there. She doesn’t look back when I drop her off and is always excited. Even leaving from there takes time. She needs to go around and get pets on the way out from all the staff that is around the reception. Staff is always friendly and polite and gives her a lot of attention and pets throughout the day. One recommendation will be to get the pups more involved like some other day care - pool parties or some activities. We are happy with the daycare and have been going there for two years."
"Puparazzi USED to be a great daycare location and the only daycare i trusted. The staff quality has gotten worse since a year ago. I have concerns and issues with their staff quality and care. Multiple times (i caught it on camera) they singled my dog out of the play area with no supervision because my dog tried to communicate with them for a quick potty break. My dog would bark at them directly to signal for a potty break (he doesn’t pee indoor at the play area) around 1:30-2 PM and I have told/instruct Puparazzi about that. The staff would not let him out but instead singled him out by having him wait outside the play area alone (see picture). I even have left notes on the website and reminded the staff that he would need a potty break around certain time. They didn’t seem to care. One of the staff told me that they didn’t have time to let dogs go potty outdoor!? Dogs run around and play and they drink water all the time to keep themselves hydrated, how could you only give dogs one potty break throughout the day or expect them to go potty inside the play area even if they’re potty trained? It’s quite inhumane in my opinion. I would not want any dog to be treated this way."
"My dog Soleil has been attending daycare at Puparazzi since June 2021 when she was 8 months old. I still remember being glued to the webcams at my office, and she's loved attending since. Attached are pictures from the beginning through now, some with friends whose names she'll even react to at home ("Want to go see Bella?" and "Clementine is waiting!" have both gotten her into the car immediately). Sometimes she went several times in one week, she used to always go for the free Sundays when those were offered or the months where there were $25 Tuesday specials too. A forecast of rain always called for indoor play too. I tested out an overnight stay while I was home and since then, she's boarded several times over the last two years. They're always extremely communicative of how she's doing, what friends she's made and any surprising behavior or training to work on. They've helped with watching out for her jumping to greet and pulling on walks. Her first month of daycare, she'd never lie down no matter how long she was in because she was so stimulated and ready to play. I'd even ask if they could give her breaks away from the other dogs so she didn't overdo it, and they did. I was thrilled when they sent me an update that she's taking breaks on her own and starting to nap. Now, she's much better at pacing herself in playtime. I've always been informed of any sign of feeling sick, and the one time she slipped on a play structure and they weren't sure if she was hurt I immediately got a phone call (They pulled her from play to wait for me so I could take her home out of precaution; she was perfectly fine). The team has truly been her second family and this daycare has been her second home. Her longest stay was when I was out of the country for a couple weeks, and the occasional groom (especially after their hikes--she's cream colored, but she loves mud). Sadly, we're moving out of state so she'll no longer be attending but we're grateful for these past two years and I've always been vocal about where she goes to daycare, encouraging others to check it out here."
