"The absolute worst service. My family's bulldog passed away Christmas day and we felt we were fortunate enough to have found a business open to be able to take our beloved bulldog to be cremated for us. After paying so much that day we still haven't received any notice of when he will come back to us. And they are no longer answering any text messages or calls. We are devastated, disappointed and beyond heart broken. We don't even know what they did to our poor dog or where he is. Their name is a scam. They DO NOT care about your pet and completely take advantage of vulnerable people. Please save yourself more of a heartache and do not trust this business."

"I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone. Unless they want to get their money taken and the run around. I have been waiting for a return call after 6 text messages and 3 phone messages. I received nothing. So I have no idea where my Fur baby is at. Do not go to these people"

"First off, I’m an understanding and forgiving person…. Yet all the broken promises and excuses have left me no choice but to warn others….. DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY!!!! What a NIGHTMARE we had to endure with this place. We lost our beloved cat 3 months ago.. this “company” has ignored my phone calls and text messages. Promised a delivery well after the contracted agreement. And NEVER DELIVERED. Awfully unprofessional!!! My children and I are DEVASTATED that we haven’t received our loved pet back. I don’t trust them for a second. DO NOT send your loved pet to them. They do NOT care and it is disturbing that they hold on to or not deliver precious pets back to their owners. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Left my family absolutely heartbroken. Shame on them!!! I see recent reviews of similar experience. PLEASE DISPUTE PAYMENT WITH TOUR BANK. These people do NOT adhere to their own policies or agreements. Absolutely unacceptable!!!"

"DO NOT USE THEM. I paid for a clay paw print impression which I didn't received. They didn't let me know that it wasn't done until I asked where it was. They said that they did an ink impression instead on a bamboo ornamet. After almost 3 months of trying to get in touch with them, I received an ornament that wasn't even with my dog's print. My boy was a pit bull and they sent me a small dog's print. The fact that they'd send me someone else's print is disgusting and their lack of communication is deplorable. They wouldn't even refund the $35 I paid for the clay impression. Do not trust these scammers with your beloved pet. They do not care."

It has been over 2 months since they picked up my sweet dog, I still have not gotten his remains, they won’t answer the phone, if they answer texts they do not follow through, I have gotten nothing but lies and false promises, I have given up hope that I will get my dogs remains back. I am so sad about this. Find another company as this one does not do what they were paid to do."
