"Kathy Sinsheimer is the ultimate professional. She was appointed to complete a custody evaluation for a high conflict, complex custody hearing. Anyone who has had to go through a situation like this knows how stressful it can be to be in that situation. What impressed us most was how focused she was on doing a thorough, thoughtful evaluation that kept our child’s needs at the center. Our child adored Kathy. Children can assess who has their best interest in mind and who does not. Our child felt understood and as though she was heard in a safe setting. The judge clearly respected her recommendations and there were compromises that, again, were best for her client ( our child ) and we learned a lot along the way from Kathy’s suggestions and insights. Her experience, empathy, and integrity were apparent and that wasn’t the case for every professional we interacted with through this difficult process.
