"I am so grateful for Powdered Gold! We are a military family in the process of being stationed overseas/traveling to new location. Military families have to move approximately every two years, so this is an obstacle you wouldn’t think you would have to cross unless it happened to be perfect timing/moving with a newborn. Which also means we have little to no option to transport our very large stash of frozen milk. A colleague suggested to freeze dry my milk and it was the perfect solution! Jackie and her team were so incredibly helpful. Jackie reached out to me personally via phone call and text messaging to follow up how I was doing, changes in shipping address/labels, and making sure my milk was taken care of the entire process before the finished product and being shipped back to me. I shipped my milk out on July 8 and received it back on August 11. Prices are on their site depending on weight and amount needed to freeze dry. Powdered gold provided the return shipping labels and protective shipping box with instructions to arrange the frozen breast milk packets/bags for transport safely and quickly via UPS/Fedex overnight. A great idea, wonderful service, and amazing finished product. From almost 20lbs of breastmilk frozen, now into portable travel sized packets, compressed, and weight total of two pounds. Powered gold made it possible for our baby to have her breastmilk whenever on the road, visiting grandparents, airplane travel, ease of going through tsa/border protection, and stored for up to three years (August 2026). When our family had little to no other options transporting our large collection of breast milk, I am very happy and thankful that Powdered Gold is there to offer this service and is local to SoCal!
