"We just had the weirdest experience at this CVS yesterday we went in to buy some candy and pick up a prescription, me and my son, and the manager basically followed us around the store telling us how crazy the store is and how she keeps telling people not to come back to the store and she doesn't understand why people keep coming back. She claimed that my son had been in there and that she had told him not to come back. And my son's like no you have me mistaken with somebody else I haven't been in here. I just don't understand how they can have a crazy manager telling people not to come back to the store"
"I wish I can put 0 star for this pharmacy. CVS should consider to close this CVS pharmacy. I’ve been waiting for 35 minutes to pickup the prescription due to the police of requesting of consultation which I don’t even need it and since this is the only one pharmacist in store and he is busy with something else. This is so ridiculous!!! Will never come here again!"
"My experience with one(the tall bald guy) of the pharmacists has been very bad. They didn't even process the bill using my insurance. Today I went back for a refund and Jocelyn(Pharmacist) helped process the refund and had a good attitude during this process."
"The worst CVS experience ever, they literally charged 100$ out of my Credit Card on file without my knowledge for an order that was picked up by someone else and they are asking me to request a dispute from the credit card issues instead of them processing a refund. Unbelievable"
"Highly recommend this store for pharmacy related inquiries, needs and or visits. Talked with employees and found out that they hired a new manager recently. The image reflected in previous string of 1 star reviews reviews is no longer the case. I called a prescription in yesterday and can say it went well. (I was shocked that someone actually picked up the phone and I wasn't put on hold until the end of time). The person that picked up was actually helpful when I inquired about what my insurance covered, brand vs generic. They made sure they had enough in stock before telling me that they would fill it. I was told the usual, it will be ready in 20-30min speach. I actually received an automated call from the store 20min after my call saying it was ready for pick up. In store at the time of my visit the line for the pharmacy was never more than 3-4 people long. I got in and out in about 10min plus or minus. To the individuals working here keep it up!"
