"I see a lot of negative reviews, but I will say that I’ve had great experiences here so far. I was hospitalized twice in 2023 then referred to therapeutic solutions. Ms. Gamble has been great. She listens to me, and explains my medications thoroughly and answers any questions I have. I feel as though she’s easy to talk to, and non judgmental, definitely wants the best for her patients. I haven’t had any problems thus far, and I really appreciate the team there for helping me in some of the hardest times of my life."

"Respectfully, please don't even bother getting care here. There is very little I can say that hasn't already been said in these reviews, but I can confirm that the staff genuinely don't seem to care about their patients. These other reviewers aren't just disgruntled Karens- I believe their anger is completely valid. For me personally, one of the most consistently frustrating parts was that they never approved my medication refills in a timely manner, so I was constantly going days unmedicated between refills. I never experience this issue with my new psychiatrist. The final straw for me was when I asked to be prescribed bloodwork to try to see if any of my levels were a potential cause for issues I was experiencing. When they received the results, they just called me and said "nope, everything looks fine!" and that was the end of it. No matter how proactive I tried to be as a patient, they wouldn't put any effort in to help me. Whether you have a more "simple" case, (i.e. you just need to have someone prescribe you a low dose of an SSRI) or something more complex (i.e. you aren't sure what's wrong so you need to be guided through the process of getting to the bottom of it), Therapeutic Solutions is seriously not the place for you. Keep searching, I promise there are much better offices in town that will provide you with good care."

"the head honcho doctor guy told me i had a number of mental illnesses..all because i said i didn’t care for the movie brokeback mountain? i didn’t even say it was bad, just said it wasn’t my favorite and he got like all puffed up and defensive about it..started naming the directors, the actors, the producers, the wardrobe - you name it..he went on and on for about 40-50 mins until i finally just got up and left, i couldn’t take it anymore"

"The staff is awful and break heppa laws every chance they get. I do like Dr Etner, but the staff. Especially the women appear to not understand their roles or the law."

"Rude staff and terrible management. The signed consent forms didn’t show up on their end. And instead of them trying to fix it they tried to reschedule me two weeks out. I said I’m 21 and needed help and they denied me while having an appointment over consent forms I could’ve signed right there. Insanely rude and incredibly incompetent staff. Going anywhere but here."
