"Definitely wouldn't use again. I prefer Rover. Because my dog is a pit mix they wouldn't let her socialize with other dogs. I had to make a 20 min phone call to book and then the front desk asked all the same questions which took another 15 to 20 minutes with a very excited and yapping puppy bouncing at my feet. Didn't have a way for me to email the records beforehand so I had to look them all up and show them the records once I got there. Very frustrating experience."
