"I made an appointment with Dr. Berkowitz on Oct 29th for November 22. As you can see the email went to spam. I received a follow-up to the 22nd telling me yesterday that my intake paperwork needed to be in with in 48 hours of appointment. I have had both hips replaced since the end of March and have been on pain meds since December. I wear a pretty serious back brace as well as a brace on my knee and neck. My body is a disaster as it my emotional state. Meds for that long taken only to make the pain tolerable is a terrible way to live. I have hunted for a good shrink to try and come at my body with dual attempts at treatment. I woke up this morning to find out that the appointment was cancelled. When I called to look into why I was told than it takes about 48 hours to go through paperwork. Hard to believe but explains how a doctor with so many years in practice gets such poor reviews. When I saw that the oct 29th email went to spam a begged and pleaded to speak with the doctor if he had not replaced my appointment time. He didn't, went home I now need to wait another month. For an error that is 50/50 at best. A shrink treated me as if a had a small rash on my pinky."
