"Bought a 5 pack Saint Seiya as a gift. when I left I opened the box to check them out but they were statues instead of articulated figures like the box had displayed. I went back to tell them about the false advertisement, the lady ignored my complaint and said they were articulated and showed me that only the arm moved at the shoulder. I asked if they had refunds to which she said no, only exchanges because it's a small business. she didn't notify me about that before the purchase. I only bought the pack as a gift and wasn't interested in exchanging for anything else. The picture of the box is to show what it advertised and the picture of the statues is similar to what came in the box. Spent $70 and left with nothing."

"Really liked the store until, I purchased a few One Piece items. Upon getting home I noticed the Nami I purchased was a fake. I was so excited to get it, I didn't pay attention to the detail of the box brand. She was supposed to be in a Banpresto Grandista box but instead it said "Gidndista". I had already thrown out the receipt, so no returns could be made."
