"Went there with all the intentions of getting what i was going for but it's hard when you come across some of the sweetest kind souls not sure what department this lady was in but she stepped out of her department to come ask if i needed any help and of course i needed help i kept circling the make up department like crazy!! I will most definitely come to her from now on think her name was pharaoh from Pakistan she definitely deserves a higher pay for being so attentive!!"
"As I was shopping in the mens fragrance department I noticed a lady who worked there being rude to her coworker and yelled at her in front of a lot of customers. Her name tag said Dora. I just feel like that was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. regardless of what the other coworker did she shouldn't have spoke to her like that in front of customers its very degrading and inappropriate and as I stated above very unprofessional. you guys should really train your workers to be better than that and correct others in private not in front of paying customers."
"I don't do much shopping at Macy's because I'm basically a value shopper guy but I go there for the Starbucks inside. It's nice to get a Starbucks and sit minus the homeless guys and no life loners. The atmosphere is nice."
"This place is huge! They have everything. I came here for clothes but I realized that I might be back for Christmas decorations and furniture for my new apartment once I saw how much they had in stock. Even though it was big I didn't have any problem finding help from a sales representative who was very nice and helped me find what I wanted. I got some really cool dress pants and shoes."
