"I rarely write reviews and if I could give it 10 stars I would. There is no way to go but buying your baby gear from Little Sprout. I went all over and researched multiple strollers in different stores, boutique and department. Then I came across Diane at Little Sprout. She was the most knowledgeable, sweet, patient with all my new mom questions and available to get a hold of quickly via text. We originally purchased the Silver Cross REEF stroller for our 1st baby but after unpacking (throwing away the boxes) and then later realizing the stroller was just too big for us, I contacted Diane to see what we could do. I was stressed that I bought and got stuck with the wrong size stroller for our family. But, She was so helpful and offered to take back and refund the unboxed product less a 25% restocking fee. I then purchased the DUNE with Diane, which we are SO happy with! Had this been another retailer or Nordstrom, they would have never helped us out with a special request like this. She calmed my worries and reassured me she could help. Diane is the sweetest and most honest business woman I've ever worked with. For that alone, she deserves all the best customer in the world. Luckily, our friends told us about Little Sprout in Toluca Lake and highly recommended we go there to get help. So we went, and I cannot tell you enough how much just one little visit has helped us. Diane is so kind and AMAZING at understanding the specific needs of each individual couple. Before she recommends anything, she asks you a few questions about your lifestyle and neighborhood and then narrows down some great options for strollers/travel systems, etc. After just one visit, we knew what stroller and travel system we wanted. Another super fun and helpful thing about buying your stroller at Little Sprout is that when you go to pick it up, Diane will go over everything with you again, making sure you understand how to install your infant car seat, how to open and close the stroller, what parts are washable, and much more!
