"Absolutely disgusting customer service. My first pillow fell apart and under warranty it took her over 6 months to replace it, but I had to pay $80 for the postage. Go figure. And with the second pillow, it is way under quality like the first one I had. I washed the cover once, and there are already 2 holes in the cover already. So contacting the company in the US, they told me they don’t sell any of there products in Australia anymore, so they don’t have to give any warranty on there products. So customers in Australia and overseas, don’t buy from this company. Photos of the second pillow I received and washed once. The cover is flimsy."

"I've been using Nook products for the last 4 years and honestly couldn't be more pleased with the company - from customer service to quality of their products. I first bought the Pebble Pure Crib Mattress because it was organic, breathable and non-toxic - all things I wanted to make sure my first-born baby was getting. When my second baby was born, I put him on the Pure and bought the Pebble Lite Crib Mattress for my first since he was still in his crib. I also have three LilyPads - you never know when you'll need one and they're just so versatile. I had used the My Breast Friend and Boppy with my first son, but none of them really worked so when Nook came out with the Niche Feeding Pillow, I bought it and was hooked. It's, hands down the best nursing pillow around - and I get to use it as a side sleeping pillow when I'm not nursing. All in all, I've got just about every product Nook has to offer and have loved each and every one. It's a great company with amazing products and I recommend them to all of my friends."
