Extremely unprofessional. Misrepresentation. Serious ethics issues. Fraud. Violation of HIPAA. Official complaints filed against licensing and other agencies. Do not recommend. Find a therapist elsewhere who is fully licensed (not an 'associate' looking to make a name for themselves by filing false reports)."
