"Staff accuses patients of yelling because staff didnt put a prescription refill in for 3 weeks, once others around me verified to the staff I'm not yelling and that was my regular voice then staff accused me of using a hostile tone. If a patient has to defend themselves of false accusations when all they are trying to do is fill their anxiety medications, of course the are going to be edgy. Then staff refused to give Dr McAndrews a message to call me because he was creating a false senario. So now I have no way to get my medications and no way to get ahold of the doctor to have it refilled. So now I'm on my way to the emergency room to get a much needed medication now that I am crying and shaking over the way I was treated."
