"Dr Morin is very knowledgeable & is clearly an expert in her field. However, the reception desk at the Carmel Valley location is incredibly incompetent. They almost never answer the phone, even during work hours that are not times that they’d be at lunch, so it always go to voicemail. But the messages I leave on the voicemail never get returned or at least get a call back checking in. The only way I can get thru is to keep on trying but the process usually takes weeks, which isn’t helpful if you have a concern that needs to be addressed promptly. Also they seem to struggle at sending medication orders to my pharmacy in a timely manner. All in all, if Dr Morin wasn’t so spectacular, I would have switched to another company long ago. Hopefully this review will be read and lead to changes in the near future."
