"Staff does not have professional boundaries with their clients and engages in power struggles. Not trauma informed and teach clients learned helplessness and does not build trust, respect and rapport. Client is not empowered to have voice or choice. Incredibly controlling behavior by staff."
"This program helped my son for 2 years. Then this past August 2021 dumped him on the street with no money or home to go to. They caused him a mental episode..which he suffers from schizophrenia already. I'm speaking to an attorney because I plan to sue! They didn't handle his case professional in any manner and I will get to the bottom of this with them and the Mulberry Ranch that they contract with to house these young men! This is definitely far from over@!!!"
"We made an appointment and it takes 4 to 6 hours to get it done every time .. it doesn’t make sense in making an appointment to wait for that long .. and I have a clients with a special needs.."
"Horrible service, Esther was my sons therapist, she did as little as she could, I thought my son was having delusions after he told me how horrible the place was, I witnessed him and made sure he called when he was having a depression spell or just a bad fit, rarely received call backs, and when we did, it was a week in a half later. They do not care about their patients here."
