"This is a challenging review to write, in that addressing both the treatment and the staff in a single review might muddy things a bit. Having suffered from major depression all my adult life, I was skeptical about TMS. I gave TMS a try, on a referral. The results of the treatment, accompanied with therapy, and a good medicine evaluation, have been very positive. TMS has given me a new perspective, free from the pain and sorrow of depression. For me, TMS has been transformative for my mental health. The therapy, while painless, is intense. This is where the staff shine. I did my daily treatments with Abbi and Ray. They were so genuine and helpful, patient, and just great listeners. Without their support I'm not sure I would have completed treatment. Also worthy of mention is Avery who is incredible, and might be the most compassionate person I've met. If you are considering TMS, I can wholeheartedly recommend Mission Valley TMS."

"If you're going to do TMS, do it here! I'll break my review into categories: First, the people. Everyone who works at Mission Valley TMS is very warm and knowledgeable. Treatment sessions for me were nothing short of a pleasure! Techs were very easy to talk to, psychiatrists were easily accessible, and the office accommodated all my scheduling needs. Next, the treatment. I did a full course of right-side treatment (for anxiety), and I definitely saw an improvement in my condition as a result. When I came in, I was having full-blown panic attacks every other day, and as I write this, following the full treatment course, I haven't had one in over a month. That said, I still do experience some anxiety, and I'm still unable to endure exposure to my main triggers without being affected to varying degrees. But then again, I started at such a low point that it took a lot just to get me back to baseline. I did a couple or left-side treatments, and while the sensation was strange and unpleasant, it was short -- only three minutes. I didn't have much depression, though, and what little I did have was driven more by anxiety, so in my case it was helped more by right side than left. As such, I can't really say much else about left-side treatment. Right-side treatment, though, is totally painless and is still brief at 20 minutes per session. Finally, price. I paid out of pocket because insurance companies don't cover right-side-only treatment yet -- if you're doing both sides, right may be covered as a supplement to your left. But, my particular insurance didn't cover left either, so I didn't even pursue that. But, among the TMS clinics I checked, Mission Valley TMS had the best out-of-pocket prices. In short, I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience there, and it was definitely a worthwhile investment!"

"Getting TMS at this office is an opportunity I've been very lucky to receive. Going into the office each day gave me something to look forward to. It wasn't until about two weeks into my TMS treatments when I started noticing changes. I started to feel lighter, like a weight had been lifted from me.
