"DO NOT RECOMMEND.　お薦めしません。 It started when I was instructed by my pharmacy to contact the clinic due an issue processing a prescription. I got in contact with Nao, who is an office staff member, and asked her for help. She was extremely rude and very condescending; she blamed me for the issue with the prescriptions and that I had to fix this with the pharmacy. (Later, after speaking with another member of her team, we discovered that this was her fault in the first place.) I then wrote an email explaining what had happened and sent it to Dr. Suzuki. I also asked her to speak to Nao about her conduct and that hopefully, nothing like this will ever happen again. However, she never replied. A month later, the very same issue with processing the prescription happened again. This time, I directly complained to Dr. Suzuki, she did not listen to me and was very defensive. She only wanted to make excuses, such as "my team members never had any issues before like this." and " I never get complaints about her." The last time I spoke with Dr. Suzuki, I was hoping she would finally apologize and she would recommend steps to move forward. Instead, she told me if this still bothers me, I should see another doctor. She did not apologize, instead she said to me that "You are a horrible person". Although I was shocked by her conduct, I still wanted to talk to her and solve this. However, while I was still talking to her, she hung up the zoom line. As a result of all of this, my depression got worse and this experience was traumatic. I do not recommend this clinic to anybody. 半年間診て頂きましたが、残念な事に鬱症状が悪化しました。私の経験が他の方々の参考になりましたら幸いです。"
