"If you’re being sent here for a psych evaluation for the military, don’t waste your time. This guy wrongfully accused me of taking anxiety medication and I NEVER have. The military has my medical and pharmacy records, which is very moronic for him to have claimed that. He also said I wanted to be a pharmacist for the Air Force and I literally said I was trying to get into cybersecurity operations (tech) - like where on earth is the correlation????? The personality test consist of 566 questions, followed by the utterly made up “evaluation.” Just keep this in mind if you do decide to go here for the military’s psych exam."

"Husband saw him for a psych eval for the military. Read his results and as a healthcare worker myself was shocked and disgusted. Rude and unprofessional does not even describe it. Does not actually listen to patients but instead makes up his own scenarios loosely based on their stories. Had my husband take a test and than intimidated him into taking the test again and changing the answers as the initial results did not reflect his agenda. Answers of the second test where then used against him. My husband does not divulge in substances and he hardly ever partakes in alcoholic beverages and yet he described him as "subject to episodes of alcoholic abuse particularly during times of frustration..." When my husband is frustrated and needs to let out angst he chooses to exercise or partake in his hobbies such as riding his motorcycle. None of which was of course mentioned. A lot of what he wrote in my husbands eval was literal hearsay. Even when it came to what should be basic facts (such as our childrens ages) he did not even get that correctly. He clearly not actually listen to a word my husband said and chose to paint him in a negative light for a reason unknown to me. This man should not be practicing medicine, this man should be in jail."

"They made me an appt for Saturday and no one answered the door or the phone. Waisted my time and gas. Didnt even bothered to call me."

"Very rude staff. I was placed on hold for 12 minutes then again for 5. At this point I was told they don't schedule appointments, they only take down contact information then call me back in 3 weeks Finally, the girl who answered was extremely condescending. When I tried to explain why I was scheduling for my 20 year old son for the first time. (for depression and suicidal thoughts! ) she hung up on me, without even hearing the reason. I am a manager at a medical office and find this unacceptable. This office is supposed to be treating people with serious issues. It's quite concerning this behavior is found at any healthcare office, especially mental health."
