"The worst psychiatrist I've ever seen. AVOID HER AT ALL COST. I would've left a long time ago if I wasn't stuck with her for some other reasons. I think she ONLY cares about billing insurance with her session. Way more than she cares about her patients' well being. - She has near zero empathy for her patients. You can feel it after she talks to you for a few times (nice at first to lure you in) - My follow up sessions never lasted more than 10 min. Sometimes even less than 5 min. a few times, she's even hung up before I wanted to say something else. - She often forgets about what medications and dosage I'm taking. Has sent the wrong dosage to the Pharmacy multiple times. I had to correct her several times at the end of our session regarding my medication before she sends in the refill request - When you ask her if there's any meds she recommends, it feels like you probably would know more than her if you did your own google research. - If you need your medical records, forget it! She won't do it until I asked time after time after time. It's ridiculous that this psychiatrist feels so irrelevant about her patients' well being. Getting meds messed up is just unacceptable."

"Dishonest, embezzling and unreliable. I previously subscribed to an HMO through my employer which severely limited my choice of providers. Repeatedly, I have found Dr Le's office to be among the worst in class of providers. Just in the last 30 days this office has: Gone on vacation without providing an alternate doctor When she came back, she lied to me about dosages (outright lie determined by the manufacturer's dosing guidelines) and her office has incorrectly billed my new insurance and refused to refund the difference. To clarify - her staff member called my insurance and misunderstood my coverage, and billed me triple the actual visit cost per my insurance. When presented with a statement of my benefits, they became offended (while making no apology for their error) and then told me I was yelling and that they did not want to deal with me anymore, that I should now write letters. Sorry ladies, I had the facts and documents and you were just wrong. Don't get offended, learn about customer service. That last part is the last straw, but again I have new insurance, so I will no longer have to keep coming here. I recommend anyone with another option to seek out more skilled care anywhere else."
