"I have my dog groom there I have a german shepherd and michelle grooms my dog. But it's a nice place it's very clean. The grounds are clean and i've seen a couple of dogs and they've looked happy."

"Where to begin i took my fur baby to be trained here but he was also a support for my wife we just lost our 2nd oldest grandson who we helped raise and i work out of town so my wife was alone all day and night during the week and i didn't like her there all by herself so when i chosen Nelson Kennels i made it very clear nothing can happen to him they reassured me he would be just fine to fast forward me and scott had a agreement he needed some work done to one of his truck's and i needed sparky to come home so we was going to batter the rest of his training 3 days before on a wensday i came to look at the truck as i was talking to Scott i asked him how do you keep the mice and rats away and he must be really careful with poison he replied we don't use poison we use Irish soap well that following Sunday i get a call from the vet saying my dog is in really bad condition he wad bleeding from his nose and mouth and out the other end i asked what happened the vet said looks like he got into rat poison and seen this before in other dogs my poor baby had been there all night and we were 4hrs away so we rushed our way there but only 20 minutes later we get the call he had passed away Nelson Kennels never called but one time and that was 5 minutes after the vet did to say he's gone now i sent them a letter from my atty i just wanted to cover my loss but more importantly we lost our fur baby he didn't even make it to his first bday now Nelson Kennels is saying i owe them money and basically I'm lucky they don't sue me i still tear up thinking about him and my wife still on certain nights crys herself to sleep i recently just asked them I'll give you the name and number to where we got sparky and just pay for a new support dog and of course no response so don't let them fool you when they say there dog lovers and care about you cause they don't they remind me of corporate America it's all about the bottom line feel free to ask me anything and i do have the report from UCLA on poor sparky. I'll have more of this story in the coming days"
