"I have a unique situation and was looking for some personalized advice, but unfortunately was given the same financial aid advice that is easily available through a quick Google search. They promised us several services that were never delivered, most communications required multiple follow-ups to get a response, and they just seemed interested in selling additional life insurance policies after spending $4k on their package.
