"They don't seem to understand that people could be moving to San Diego and attending college, as you are completely unable to become a student without coming in. They had my transcript for 1 year, and said they did not receive it until I came in finally and they told me they couldn't open it over the phone, you have to approve in person. Would not recommend."
"I dont recommend coming here unless you have alot of free time to wait. sooooooo slow, but its interesting watching them take long breaks.. chitchat, hang out. Lol must be nice some of us have jobs and stuff and dont have two hours to wait.. btw I was forth in line!! Go to Grossmont college instead, fast efficient and never ever had to wait this long.. oh don't even get me started on parking"
