"Nice and new, has ocean view; I like how each building has its own color (blue, green, etc) and each pair of floors has its own shade of the building color. The floor is plain concrete, which is easy to clean but always looks dirty. Also, the toilet rooms are massive for some reason"
"Cool rooftops. Wish it existed while I lived on campus."
"The new development off of Torrey Pines is really coming along. Eateries and stores much closer for students to get to. The New Sixth apartments are super wonderful. Just needed air conditioner in them. Too bad not more apartments for the juniors and seniors to finish living on campus."
"Older UC San Diego Colleges used to tease "Sixth College" by calling it Camp Snoopy… * No longer! * The inflatable balloon building (and surrounding campus) has been replaced by numerous community buildings highlighted by three majestic smart buildings that tower over Sixth College. The three towers are beautiful day & night; "Catalyst" (replaced the inflatable), "Kaleidoscope" and "Tapestry" are the names for the brand-new residential housing opened September 2020."
"Pretty social college overall the dorms are old army barracks which is why it is called Camp Snoopy. Fun experience for the most part and easy access to buses that go to local grocery stores and La Jolla Shores beach. The buses are free for students with ID but first must register at the transit office on campus to get the sticker for free rides."
