"Looks like I am not the only one who has given this physician 1 star, and I'm not surprised. My wife just spoke with her as she was the on-call physician being that it's Sunday. Needless to say this doctor was literally shouting at my wife over the phone and cutting her off because, how dare we ask about an alternative option rather than her recommendation for our 2 year old daughter. We were not pushy or anything like that in the least which is why this interaction was so strange. Eswari was EXTREMELY unprofessional, aggressive, was not listening, was shouting and ultimately hung up on my wife when she said we were going to file a complaint. This cannot be an isolated incident with this person, she has to have done this before, no doubt in my mind. At least my wife is a nurse and has a foundation to speak from, but for a regular person I am certain this physician is a bully. I will absolutely be filing a complaint with the Patient Resource Center on a Monday, and have already filed one internally."

"This physician refused to see my infant daughter who was sick with a high fever stating that she "doesn't see sick patients". Isn't that the whole point of being a medical provider, let alone, a medical provider who is supposed to help children who are sick? I was blown away."

"Dr. Prakasam has seen all my children from the time I had them. The oldest is 21 years old and the youngest of the five is 12. She goes above and beyond and she listens all the time to my concerns as well as the children. We love and appreciate her beyond words!!!"
