Paw prints, box for remains, and extras were all labeled with his name and barcode as if they scan to track the process. Chief was back home in 7 days. Thank you for the exceptional service at such a difficult time. Letting go of our baby after 14 years was heartbreaking."

"I was concerned about some of these negative reviews, but I'm happy with the service I received. The people I spoke with on the phone were professional, kind, and patient with my questions. The cost of individual cremation was reasonable. I went with the cherry urn because I wanted to display a photo of my dog. It was exactly three weeks from when they picked up my pup from the vet to when I received a call that I could pick up the cremains. Everything was nicely packaged in a purple bag, and nothing was broken or missing. The pieces were labeled with me and my dog's name - it seems like they keep good track of everything during the process, which was reassuring. The box was nicer quality than I had expected. It looks great on my nightstand."
