"Today around 8:30 PM was the worst experience I have gone through here. Samuel was great however the manager was very unprofessional. Sam had contacted her to void out an item of mine. However she didn’t even acknowledge me as she walked to the register. Horrible service and not a great management team. On top of that I understand it’s there job to check for fake bills however she over did it not only marking it with the pen but also checking it not once but twice. Management needs better training. I would love for someone to contact me as this has not been the only bad experience here I have had."

"Rite Aid has been my favorite store for many years since my family and I have resided in Lake Elsinore. I highly recommend this Rite Aid location to my family and friends for many reasons. It has the best specials and rewards system in the area but the most important, it has the best team of employees. Being a resident of this city for more than 10 years, I can say that the current team has been the best up to now. John has been the best manager that this location has had in recent years. On a few occasions I have had issues and John has been committed to solving any type of problem. That makes me feel very appreciated as a customer. The cashiers are always giving the best welcome service. Jesus always helpful and patient. Noe is so humble and gentle. Samuel and Daniel help me whenever I need assistance, they are very kind. Heather, Maria and Vicky have been very nice people to me and my family for many years. I really appreciate them. I couldn't be more happy and grateful for the best service of Lake Elsinore Rite Aid.
