"At 10:30 am I went to a counselor's office, the front desk lady suggested to wait until 12 and go to Building E to see a counselor, apparently between 12 pm to 3 pm someone usually sits there and helps students with questions, she said since not that many people know about the building E, you easily take your time and ask him your Q. His name is Christine, and he is new to the campus. I waited until 12. He came at 12:10 and the first impression was like hurry up, I'm just here to ask me one easy question, and done. Whatever I asked him was like “I'm sorry you need to make an appointment that's not something I can help” he did even not want to look at my profile. It was a total waste of time to wait for a clerk not even a counselor. I work 9 hours every day, and I'm trying hard to finish up my school and get my degree. I can't make an appointment during business hours since I’m working as well. so I was able to get a day off today and Drop-ins to talk to the counselor, I had a good experience with the previous counselors before which I met them in a counselor's office. But this Gentleman did not even want to help at all. Don’t waste your time and go to building E to someone whose name is Christian Chavez, to wish he could help you, because he will not at all…."

"Actual scam artists. Barry Resnick refused to share information with me that ultimately lost me the opportunity for the free 2 year tuition scholarship promise. Not only that, getting in contact with someone who will actually help us a nightmare in its own right. I have an IEP and need help navigating. Since Barry retired, no one's helped me. At this point I wouldn't accept it since they attempted to steal thousands and thousands of dollars from me. I will be taking my education to a different state that's more competent"

"Nice school, however as a first time visitor navigating the school is nearly impossible. No driving directory to explain location and adjacent building. It was challenging for me time fund the counseling/ administration office. These staff was very accomondating."
