"I had a really bad experience with costumer service. I bought a piece of wood, last Sunday and I ask if they can plane it, they said yes but I hade to come back through next day to get it plane. I did came the next day and the person in the front desk said that they don’t do that, I told him that I was told they do plane the slab, that I just hade to come the next day, but the guy just said no, he even spoke to the manager and both said no, it was the way they treated me that got me up set. Not even offering an apology for the mistake like it was my fault. At the end they have just lost a costumer, just for being rude. I hope this Help some one in the future."

"This store legitimately has the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Every time I come in, I am made to feel like I am being an inconvenience or bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. Always seem put out. I have never left a review for anyone or anything but I have reached my limit with this place. Great products just horrible employees. Horrible service. Will not be returning after my last visit. The reason that the employees there receive a paycheck is because of their customers. They should really think about that before being so rude to their guests. It’s Customer Service 101. I am not sure if this is a family owned business or what but in my opinion some re-training or restructuring needs to happen. Awful, Awful, Awful."
