"Called because I was charged for something I shouldn’t have been. Woman on phone was rude and at first didnt even bother looking for the info saying I wouldnt be charged for something and that I was practically lying. Whatever she ended up checking her computer and saw I was right and said she couldn't help me so she transferred me. If you hate doing your job then find somewhere else to work!"
"Uy no, very bad service. They never answer the phone, but when they finally do, they answer with an attitude “What you need?!” Especially the dude. Then I asked my question and he was like “well it’s online.” Okay well first of all, that’s not the way you answer. And second, if I knew all the answers I wouldn’t be calling so I could be dealing with this."
