"My daughter goes to kinder up until the pandemic .. I was also told the bathroom was for use of the park due to pandemic reasons they did not let her use the bathroom and it was an emergency. Since we didn't want any accidents w any child would be so embarrassing I cant believe they denied us bathroom use and all other bathrooms were locked ."
"No daycare is perfect but, Kinder Care comes close. I recently had a complain and the director resolved the issue within 24 hours. I had my son's 6 month checkup and his doctor was very impressed by his skill level. She said he is well advanced for his age and could be crawling/ talking in the next month! I attribute that to the many activities the school does. I am happy to have found Kinder Care."
"Pretty bad customer service. Not a good sign that they would be trustworthy to leave my baby to. Called the office multiple times , no one picks up and when someone did- I was promised to get a call back and never got one. Sent emails with no reply as well. I was inquiring about part time enrollment but was told they are not accepting part time students even though the brochure shows part time tuition rates. I realized its better anyway to enroll our baby full time since it gives me freedom during the week to do other things. But because of this lack of follow up and seemingly non caring office staff, I will be enrolling my child to a different daycare. Also, I saw the comment about the “child abuse” issue posted by a parent and I am definitely happy not to send my baby here. Not a good way to run a business. I give 2 stars because I like the place when I saw it. Bright, clean room which is a plus but customer service and their follow up sucks. Makes me feel like if i had any issues if my child was enrolled in the school- I will not be getting any follow up. Pretty much confirms the previous negative comments about the place."
"My child has been part of the KinderCare family since six weeks of birth. During this time she has learned many motor and social skills while being cared for with love and respect. There have been incidents of course, as they do occur when you have many exploring infants gathered at any time, but none that have put my child in grave danger or one that wasn’t meet with care, attention and action in order to address future incidents. The facility is secure, clean and well maintained. The infants’ room is well organized and the teachers are consistent with feedings and diaper changes. The toys and kitchen area are always clean. The office staff have always been supportive even when I have brought my concerns to their attention. Ms. Elvia and Ms. Cynthia have always answered my questions in a fast and courteous manner. Mr. Ryan is amazing, so friendly, and kind. My toddler loves this place, her face lights up when she realizes we’ve arrived for another day at daycare. She comes in the classroom and Ms. Risonna, Ms. Jazmin, or Ms. Laura receive her with a smile and/or a hug. It’s a wonderful feeling to pick her up in the afternoon and hear Ms. Sydney tell me all about her day or find her enjoying a book in her arms. Ms. Ale is my child’s favorite teacher and she’s not even in the infant room; she’s a pre-K teacher! All of the infants’ teachers have showed a nurturing spirit and amazing support. An improved online parent portal has been the answer to many of my stated concerns. I love that I can make my payments online now and the various payment options I have. My statements are readily available too. What I would like to see, and this is more for the corporate office, video streaming and a mobile app to check in on my child. I would like to see the Infants “My day” form be in digital format accessible through my mobile device. I felt it was time to give my review. My experience has been amazing. It’s a comforting feeling to know, that although I must work, I have a great team that supports me and takes care of my child with such tender care."
"Child Abuse! My three year old daughter was grabbed by the arm so hard and aggressively and then physically pulled down to the floor by a teacher at Kinder Care named Ms. Adalia. The incident happened just a few minutes before I walked in the door to pick her up, so my daughter was able to communicate this to me. When I rolled up her sleeve to see what my daughter was pointing at she showed me the red wheeled mark and sacredly cried " Ms Adalia hurt me"... There was a 4 finger welt mark that lasted a 1/2 hour! When I asked the aggressor what happen she did this dog and pony show on another child to show how she "handled" my child. Which didn't match up with the welted finger prints... While she's doing this demonstration in my mind I'm also thinking, why are you even touching the children? I photographed the mark and filled a police report. The detective I reported it to said he could see it and said I had a case. Unfortunately The school did a wonderful job covering it up. The assistant director saw the welts immediately after the incident and agreed they were quite visible but an incident report was not written in the moment. I had to insistently ask for it to be written and I finally got one three days after the incident occurred. In which, at that point the school would not let me communicate with the accused teacher or assistant director who barred whiteness to the marks. At the time of the incident there was a parent in the room picking up her child. When I asked her what happen she said she didn't know. Then the story got changed, by the school to the police department, that she did know and "nothing" happened. They twisted it up really well. So much to the point that they were trying to claim that my three old placed a four adult size finger welt mark print on herself... !!!!! Can you imagine? As the story goes the teacher had several versions of the incident. 1 she told me, one she told the school and one she told the police. I was devastated, shocked and disappointment and afraid for the well being of my child and pulled her out the following week. My daughter and I have been traumatized by this experience a heath a warning to all parents looking at this place as an option. STAY AWAY RUN! Don't trust Kinder Care - Not only this location but the entire organization - because the cover up came all the way up from the top. The main office didn't even return my calls. Can you believe that. I left several messages and not one call returned. When I put my daughter in this school I had a gut feeling and I should of listened. Everything other reviewers on Yelp say about how dirty, under equipped and and how lack luster the staff is all true. Btw. I posted a review on yelp as well and it got "taken down" as soon as Kinder Care started advertising with them. But don't get me started on Yelp. Also the parents here are not united and actually I volunteered for a events at the school and was disappointed in the support by the parents. Aggression levels are high: amongst the children they are allowed to play shooter gun games my daughter said she didn't like it. Children are allowed to play with baseball bats and there isn't a baseball team in sight. Instead they wield them around as swords, guns and whack one another with them. Teachers are picking children up by the arm, yelling in their faces. I witnessed several instances of this when picking my daughter up from school, from the parking lot on any given day. Can you imagine what goes on when they think no one is looking!!??? With all this said the teacher who hurt my daughter is still teaching there, the other teachers are still there and the school is left unchanged!"
