"Front desk openly named a child, first and last name, and the diagnosis of the child in front of me and my husband. This being our first visit to “professional” pediatrics, I was deeply concerned and planned to speak with the office manager. Then the same front desk woman, I don’t know her name (short hair with a strange small bun on top of the head), said very loudly “ it must be the Christian’s, they are always up to something shady.” My family and I felt discriminated against, due to the medical assistant’s attitude as she took us back to weigh our son. I am also positive that the front staff I encountered is I under the influence of some sort of drug on shift at her job. When we left after cutting our appointment short, I believe she attempted to say “have a nice day,” but she was chemically altered to the point of me having no idea what she said."

"Beyond happy with the service and care we receive from Professional Pediatrics. Every child and their family deserve this level of care. We have been with them for 7yrs and 3 children. We love all the doctors, office staff and medical staff. As a parent, when your child is ill nothing else matters. We get that same sentiment from everyone at Professional Pediatrics. They truly listen to you, consider all possibilities and if you need to be seen they'll get you in immediately. They are also available for after hours consults 24/7. A life saver on many occasions! Again I can't say enough wonderful things. I'm so thankful and grateful that my children are in such great care. And as a parent it is so nice to be respected and accommodated."

"The staff at Professional Pediatrics were always wonderful and accommodating for our family’s hectic schedules. I can’t remember how many times I need to reschedule an appointment due to my work schedule. If our children are not being seen by Dr. Valdez, they will see one of the few PAs he have on staff. Whatever in-house system they have with keeping the records of our kids is amazing. The PAs and doctor do not hesitate to answer our questions, even if it was another one of their team that took care of our kids. The office team is pretty awesome. They are effective in their jobs — same day appointments, answer non-emergency emails regarding our children’s care, referrals, billing questions, etc. if anything was missed during the appointment, the team is great at getting back to us in a timely manner. No office is perfect. If you are looking for an excellent team of medical professionals and an office team that are effective at what they do, I highly recommend Professional Pediatrics. There’s a bit of other extras that Dr. Valdez offers for his patients and their parents. I feel highly spoiled by what his practice offers — the best quality care to the most important people we care about. Because at the end of the day, I’m a parent that wants the best for my kids."

"Parents entertaining this office please be advised. If you're wondering why it's so easy to get accepted and for your child to be seen at this location, it's because parents move on to better offices. The staff is incompetent and unprofessional. You will notice that they are unorganized and will experience miscommunications. The office manager Debbie is very unprofessional. The receptionist Lisa is rude and unable to use basic manners. The management of this office is a detriment to the doctors and not worth the frustration you will experience with them."
