"I cant believe its taking me so long to do a review, but better late than never. Our son is 9 years old and has been a patient of Dr Nealon's since he was 6 months old, we also have a 4 year old daughter and she is also a patient of Dr Nealon. I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding care Dr Nealon provides. He has a very calming demeanor and is very compassionate. Dr Nealon demonstrates a remarkable blend of expertise and empathy. His ability to communicate complex medical information in a clear and reassuring manner immediately puts us at ease. We never feel rushed. He takes his time and listens attentively. Dr Nealon always addresses our concerns with patience and genuine interest. Only downside is that since we started with him, I think he has reduced his days of when he sees patients in the clinic, so you may have to schedule out far in advance, and sometimes we are waiting in the exam room for an extended amount of time, but we don't mind waiting because we understand that he is providing other patients with the same care we expect. The NP in the office is also a good option, but we prefer to see Dr Nealon."

"Dr. Nealon is honestly the best pediatrician you could ever want. We moved away and are still willing to make the hour drive to his office. Besides being attentive to each individual child he does everything he can to care for our children and answers our questions and concerns in an honest manner and explains the WHY. He has made time to see our kids when they are unable to wait until the next available appointment. There has been some change with the call center and that is a whole different topic but as for Dr. Nealon and his NP and MA they are amazing and I hope my children always get to keep them as their provider."

"My son was sick and missed school. His regular pediatrician was booked full so was referred to one closes to us. Called and was able to get a tele health appt. Asked me to verify my email so they can email me a doctors note for school. Appointment went great. The doctor was great. He said the office will email my note. Waited till the next day still no note. Called the office and said they will send a message to have a note emailed to me and verified my email again. Today has been exactly 1 week since waiting on this note to clear my sons absence. Will not come to this office anymore. If my regular pediatrician is not available then next I would just go to urgent care."

Sean Nealon is very knowledgeable, caring and always has a positive attitude. He genuinely cares for all kids and is a parent himself which allows him the ability to understand and/or relate to both patient and parent. Sean Nealon describes things so efficiently and clealy that any conerns are addressed and alleviated.
